Nature of Our Products: Given the natural characteristics of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Shipping Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their provided shipping address during checkout. Refunds will not be issued for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the order can be resent, with the postage fee covered by the buyer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, we cannot be held responsible unless you have chosen a tracked and insured shipping option. If you opted for tracked/insured shipping and encounter such an issue, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim.
Risk for Non-Insured Shipping: Please note that when you choose a non-insured shipping option, you accept all associated risks. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen, we recommend selecting a tracked/insured package for added security and peace of mind.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
